Interrobang ‽
The interrobang ‽ merges a question mark and an exclamation point into one glyph for questions asked in surprise or disbelief. It was introduced in 1962 by advertising executive Martin K. Speckter. Although it never became standard punctuation, it appears in informal writing, headlines, and branding, and many modern fonts include it.
